9.04.010 - Right-of-way of fire equipment.¶
All fire engines, hoses, wagons and other movable apparatus of the fire department of the city in all cases while being operated as such shall have the paramount right-of-way through all the streets, lanes, alleys, places and courts in the city when running to a fire and all other vehicles, upon the approach of any engine, hose wagon or other apparatus of the fire department, shall forthwith give the right-of-way and remove to the side of the street and immediately stop, in order to give the apparatus of the fire department the unobstructed use of the street for the time being.

9.04.020 - Obstructing fire department in its performance of duties.¶
Any person or persons having the control of any vehicle, willfully or carelessly permitting the same to obstruct the progress of the apparatus of the fire department or fire patrol going to a fire or in any manner interfering with or obstructing the use and operation of the apparatus in fighting a fire is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable as provided in Chapter 1.16.

9.04.030 - Damaging fire equipment.¶
Any person or persons willfully injuring any engine house, hose engine, carriage or other apparatus of the fire department of the city is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable as provided in Chapter 1.16.

9.04.040 - Violation—Penalties.¶
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.16.
