Del Rey Oaks Municipal Code Ch. 9.09 Public Safety Zone and Parking Area

A. Definition. The City of Del Rey Oaks Public Safety Zone and Parking Area means an area designated as being accessible only by Law Enforcement. The area is located on the south and west sides of 650 Canyon Del Rey Boulevard as showed in the diagram in Appendix A.

B. No Trespass on Public Safety Zone and Parking Area. The Public Safety Zone and Parking Area is closed to the public. No person shall willfully enter or remain upon the Public Safety Zone and Parking Area having been ordered not to enter or having been ordered to leave, either by posting of the premises or upon order of authorized City personnel.

C. Exception. This section does not apply to persons employed by the City of Del Rey Oaks and to any person being escorted by a member of the Department for valid purposes.

This Chapter may be enforced pursuant to section 1.16.010 of the Municipal Code and may be punished as provided in Section 1.16.030, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1.19, in addition to all other legal remedies, criminal or civil.
