§ 2.07.010. Establishment.

Pursuant to Section 65100 et seq., of the Government Code of the State of California, there is hereby established a planning commission which shall have the powers and duties and serve the purposes enumerated in Section 65100 et seq., and this article, and which shall have jurisdiction within the city.

§ 2.07.020. Designation.

Unless otherwise provided, all references to the project planning commission or the long-range planning commission in this City Code or other official documents including general plan, specific plans and planned developments etc., shall mean and be the same as the planning commission.
