Davis Zoning Code · 2026-06 edition · updated 2026-07-06 · Davis

§ 40.21.010. Purpose.

The purpose of an interim study (S) district is to permit temporary control of the development in an area where detailed studies are being made. All territory annexed to the city may require additional study after the effective date of such annexation. No building or structure shall exceed the height regulations prescribed by this article for the district generally designated by the city master plan. (Ord. 296 § 21.4)
