§ 4.04.010. Seizure of Fireworks.¶
The Fire or Police Chief shall seize, take, remove or cause to be removed at the expense of the owner all stocks of fireworks, including fireworks commonly known as Safe & Sane, offered or exposed for sale, stored, or held in violation of this Municipal Code.

§ 4.04.020. Sale and Retail Display.¶
The storage, use, sale, possession, and handling of all fireworks, including fireworks commonly referred to as Safe & Sane, is prohibited. Exceptions are fireworks may be part of an electrically fired public display when permitted and conducted by a licensed pyrotechnic operator.
