Dana Point Municipal Code Ch. 2.07 Planning Commission

Pursuant to Section 2.06.010 of the Dana Point Municipal Code, there is hereby established the "Dana Point Planning Commission." The appointment and service of the members of said Planning Commission shall be as set forth in Chapter 2.06 of the Municipal Code.

The regular meetings of the Planning Commission shall be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at the Dana Point City Hall, 33282 Street of the Golden Lantern, Dana Point, California 92629. The starting time for regular meetings of the Planning Commission may be changed by resolution of the Planning Commission.

A special meeting may be called at any time by the chairperson or by three of the members of the Planning Commission by written notice to each member and to each person or entity entitled by law at least 24 hours before the time of such special meeting as required under Government Code, Section 54956.

The Planning Commission may continue or adjourn any meeting and public hearings to a time and place specified in the order of adjournment in accordance with those provisions set forth in Government Code Section 54955.

The Planning Commission shall select one of its members to serve as chairperson and a second to serve as vice-chairperson of the Planning Commission.

The Planning Commission shall be established as of April 4, 1989.
