§ 12.18.010. Parking Restrictions on Del Rey—Prohibited.¶
(a) No person who owns or has possession, custody or control of any vehicle, shall park such vehicle within the designated "No Parking—Fire Lane" area on Del Rey at any time (see Exhibit "A").
(b) Any regularly employed or salaried peace officer of the City or police agency providing police services to the City shall have the authority to: (1) issue citations for any violation of this Chapter; and (2) remove or cause to be removed the offending vehicle.
