§ 25-76. Alternative method.

This article is intended to establish an alternative method for the allocation of the costs of certain public improvements upon the lands which will be benefited thereby, and the provisions hereof shall not be construed to limit the power of the city council to utilize any other method, authorized by law, for accomplishing this purpose.
