§ 25-54. Notice to prospective tenants.

Subsequent to receiving tentative map approval from the city to convert a building to a condominium, community apartment, or stock cooperative, and prior to the acceptance of any rent or deposit from a prospective tenant, a subdivider shall provide prospective occupants of said condominium, community apartment, or stock cooperative with the following notice:
