§ 25-52. Certificate of compliance.

Certificates of compliance may be obtained in accordance with the provisions of Government Code section 66499.35. Requests for certificates of compliance shall be accompanied by the fee established by resolution of the city council to cover the cost of issuing and recording certificates of compliance.
