Chapter 25›Article III — DIVISION OF LAND BY PARCEL MAP

§ 25-15. Applicability of chapter.

A parcel map shall be required for all divisions of land creating four or less parcels, in accordance with the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act. The provisions of this article shall apply to all such divisions. (Ord. No. 582, § 2, 9-13-76)
