Cupertino Municipal Code Ch. 2.110 Teleconference Meetings

A. Notwithstanding Section 2.04.030 or any other provision of this Title, the City Council may meet by teleconference without providing a physical meeting location if it complies with the requirements of Government Code Section 54593(e).

B. The City Council may by resolution require or permit any other commission, board, or committee organized under this Title to meet by teleconference without providing a physical meeting location, provided that the requirements of Government Code Section 54593(e) are satisfied.

C. For meetings where a physical location is provided, the City Council may adopt rules, policies, and procedures to allow for public access to the meeting via teleconference.
