§ 15.140.010. Adopted.¶
Except as otherwise provided herein, the 2025 International Property Maintenance Code published by the International Code Council and Appendix A (Boarding), and as amended from time to time, are adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the city of Crescent City. The International Property Maintenance Code shall be on file for public examination in the office of the building official.

§ 15.140.020. Amendments.¶
The International Property Maintenance Code as adopted herein are amended as follows.
A. Section 102 — Applicability.
- Subsection 102.3 is amended to read:
Repairs, additions or alterations to a structure, or changes of occupancy, shall be done in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the applicable California Building Standards Codes as adopted by the city in Title 15 of the municipal code.
B. Section 103 — Code Compliance Agency.
- Subsection 103.1 is amended to read:
The building official is designated as the code official for purposes of the Property Maintenance Code. The function of the code official shall be the implementation, administration and enforcement of the provisions of this code.
