§ 1.08.010. Incorporation.¶
The city is a municipal corporation of the state having been duly incorporated originally on April 13, 1854 and again as a sixth class city on July 7, 1885.

The city is a general law city, as that term is used in the government code of the state.

The city is and shall be known as the city of Crescent City.
