§ 13.16.010. Annual review and amendment.¶

The city council shall annually review and may amend the water rates and fees, and the rate or fee structure by city council resolution. The review shall coincide with the council's review of the city's annual budget and the council may amend the fees or rates only after a properly noticed public hearing is held to consider same.
