§ 1.08.010. Incorporation.¶
The city is a municipal corporation of the state having been duly incorporated originally on April 13, 1854 and again as a sixth class city on July 7, 1885. (Prior code § 2-101; Ord. 565 § 27, 1980)
§ 1.08.020. General law city.¶
The city is a general law city, as that term is used in thegovernment code of the state. (Prior code § 2-102)
§ 1.08.030. Name.¶
The city is and shall be known as the city of Crescent City. (Prior code § 2-103)
