§ 14.14.010. Uniform Housing Code adoption by reference.¶

The city adopts as its housing code the 2018 Edition of the Uniform Housing Code as published by the International Conference of Building Officials, regulating and controlling the use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all residential buildings and structures.

One copy of said code is on file in the office of the city clerk, and is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
