Chapter 13.12 — WATER RATES AND CHARGES

§ 13.12.010. Generally.¶
The schedule of rates, compensations and charges as set out in the table of rates on file in the office of the city clerk and the water division office is fixed and established as the rates, compensations and charges to be charged and collected by the city for domestic water and water service, except as hereinafter specifically provided, or as provided by the city council, from time to time by resolution. The schedule of fees for development and selective services including but not limited to turn-ons, turn-offs, meter testing, pressure testing, and late payment penalties shall be established by the city council from time to time by resolution.
