7.08 — DEFINITIONS

§ 7.08.010. Applicability.¶
Wherever in the animal control ordinance the following words or phrases are used, they respectively shall have the following meanings ascribed to them. (Ord. 95-1791, 1995)
§ 7.08.020. County or county of Los Angeles.¶
"County" or "county of Los Angeles" means the City of Covina. (Ord. 95-1791, 1995)
§ 7.08.030. County clerk.¶
"County clerk" means the city clerk of the city of Covina. (Ord. 95-1791, 1995)
§ 7.08.040. Unincorporated territory.¶
"Unincorporated territory" shall be deemed to refer to the city of Covina. (Ord. 95-1791, 1995)
