§ 2.08.010. Adoption authority.¶
This chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Section 36518 of the Government Code of the state of California.

§ 2.08.020. Amount fixed.¶
Upon the recommendations of the city attorney, the bond for the city clerk and city treasurer is fixed in the amount of one thousand dollars.
