§ 10.100.010. Criminal penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, unless an infraction is designated pursuant to Section 1.20.010 or is otherwise designated within this title. Each violation of this title shall be punishable as provided by Section 1.20.010.
