Chapter 9.33 — PUBLIC URINATION, DEFECATION AND EXPOSURE

§ 9.33.010. Public urination or defecation in public places prohibited.

It is unlawful for any persons to willfully urinate or defecate in a public place or in a place exposed to public view.

§ 9.33.020. Public exposure in public places prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to willfully expose themselves in such a manner that the genitals, vulva, pubis, pubic symphysis, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anus, anal region or pubic hair region is exposed to public view.
