§ 14.36.070. Review and approval.¶

The plan filed by an applicant for a grading permit shall be checked by the city engineer, as described in Section 14.36.110 of this code, for conformance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 767 § 1(part), 2004; Ord. 772 § 2(part), 2005)
