§ 13.12.010. Fixing.¶
The city council, by resolution, shall from time to time, fix the monthly rate for the use of the water supplied by the system.

§ 13.12.020. Penalty fee.¶
In each case where all or part of any bill for water services and fees remains unpaid on the delinquent date thereof, a penalty fee shall be added per billing period in an amount fixed, from time to time, by resolution of the city council.
