§ 10.100.010. Criminal penalty.¶

Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, unless an infraction is designated pursuant to Section 1.20.010 or is otherwise designated within this title. Each violation of this title shall be punishable as provided by Section 1.20.010. (Ord. 785 § 1(part), 2006)
