§ 11-125.1. Appeal.¶
Any interested person may appeal any decision or action made by the director pursuant to his authority under this chapter by complying with the provisions of Chapter IX of Title 2 of this Code.

§ 11-125.2. Severability.¶
If any section, division, sentence, clause, phrase, or portion of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.
