§ 13-241. Dedication and improvements.

Dedication and improvement requirements for parcel maps shall be the same as those for subdivision maps as set forth in section 13230(a) through (g) and the procedures for consideration and action by the planning commission shall be the same as for tentative maps as set forth in section 13-215 . Whenever the term "subdivision map" is used in section 13-230(a) through (g), it shall be deemed to read "parcel map" for the purposes of this section unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
