§ 13-208. Purpose.

  • (a) Pursuant to Title 7, Division 2 of the State Government Code, the city hereby adopts the Subdivision Map Act, State Government Code Sections 66410 — 66499.58 , subject to amendments as provided by law and contained elsewhere in this chapter.

  • (b) The provisions of this article are supplemental to those of the Subdivision Map Act, and shall apply to all subdivisions of land made when the land is entirely or partially within the city limits.
