9.24.010 - Camp car, trailer defined.

A "camp car" or "trailer" is defined as any unit used for living or sleeping purposes and which is equipped with wheels or similar devices used for the purpose of transporting the unit from place to place, whether by motive power or other means.

9.24.020 - Person defined—Word construction.

The word "person," unless otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, means and includes natural persons of either sex, firms, associations, copartnerships and corporations, whether acting by themselves, or by servant, agent or employee. The singular number shall include the plural, and the masculine shall include the feminine.

9.24.030 - Use for sleeping purposes—Unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person to use or occupy any camp car or trailer for living or sleeping purposes upon any lot, piece or parcel of land in the town.

9.24.040 - Use for sleeping purposes—Allowing unlawful.

It is unlawful for any owner, lessee, or occupant of any lot, piece or parcel of land within the town, whether for gain, hire, reward or gratuity, or otherwise to permit the said premises to be occupied by any camp car or trailer used for living or sleeping purposes.

9.24.060 - Retroactivity.

It is specifically declared that it is the intent that each and every provision of this chapter is to be retroactive.
