21.08.010 - Disposal of wastes.¶
It is unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited in an unsanitary manner upon public or private property within the district, or in any area under the jurisdiction of said district, any human or animal excrement, garbage or other objectionable waste and shall be punishable as provided by law.

21.08.020 - Treatment of wastes required.¶
It is unlawful to discharge to any stream or watercourse any sewage, industrial wastes, or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with provisions of this title.

21.08.030 - Unlawful disposal.¶
Except as provided in this title, it is unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, seepage pit or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.

21.08.040 - Occupancy prohibited.¶
No building, industrial facility or other structure shall be occupied until the owner of the premises has complied with all rules and regulations of district.

21.08.050 - Sewer connection required upon acquisition of property.¶
If, after July 18, 2002, a person acquires any building or developed property, or develops any vacant property, within the district boundaries that is not connected to the sewer system, the owner of the building or developed property shall be required at the owner's expense to connect said building directly with the proper main sewer in accordance with the provisions of this title, within ninety days after date of official notice to do so.
