17.32.010 - Establishing boundaries.¶
A record of survey map or land surveyor's map made by a licensed land surveyor or civil engineer not for the purpose of land subdivision but for the sole purpose of establishing boundaries of properties already of record shall be subject only to the following requirements:
(1)
A complete set of blue line or black and white prints shall be furnished to the town engineer for checking purposes, together with traverse sheets as prescribed in Section 17.24.100;
(2)
The owner shall pay to the town a sum sufficient to cover the actual engineering costs of checking the map, including the cost of computing, investigating, surveying and other matters required by law and this title, and said sum shall be held in escrow for such engineering costs;
(3)
The owner shall provide the town with two complete sets of blue line prints and one complete set of negatives.
