14.08.010 - Installation—Consent required.¶

If there are no poles, overhead wires, or associated facilities located within, or adjacent to, a street at the time it is dedicated to and accepted for public use, no poles, overhead wires, or associated facilities shall thereafter be installed on or adjacent to said road without the express written consent of the town council.

14.08.020 - Franchises subject to chapter.¶

All franchises whatsoever, involving the transmission of electricity or communications heretofore or hereafter granted by the town, shall be deemed to be expressly subject to and modified by this chapter.
