3.02.010 Bonds.

A. The City Council shall determine which oBcers of the City must post bonds for the faithful performance and discharge of their respective, oBcial duties. (Gov. Code § 36518 et seq.)

B. Wherever bonds are required of oBcers of the City, the premiums on such bonds, when given by surety companies, shall be paid by the City. (Ord. 1794)

Before entering upon the oBcer’s duties, each City oBcer shall take and Ale with the City Clerk the constitutional oath of oBce. (Gov. Code § 36507)
