13.24.010 Unauthorized turning on or reconnecting prohibited.

No person, excepting an authorized agent or employee of a person engaged in the business of furnishing or supplying gas and whose service pipes supply or connect with the particular premises shall turn on or reconnect gas service in or on any premises where and when gas service is not at the time being rendered.
