6.32.010 - Violation of Chapters 6.04, 6.08, 6.12, 6.16 or 6.20-Penalty.

Any violation of Chapters 6.04, 6.08, 6.12, 6.16 or 6.20 of the Corning Municipal Code shall be punishable as set forth in Sections 1.08.010C and D as an infraction unless such violation is specifically designated in this title as a misdemeanor. If designated as a misdemeanor, it shall be punishable as set forth in the specific code sections dealing with that offense, or, if a punishment is not set forth therein, then as provided in Sections l.08.010B and D of this code. In addition to such other penalty as may be imposed for violations of these chapters, the judge may order that a dog which is dangerous be destroyed; a dog which is a nuisance be confined; restitution be paid for physical injury or property damage done by a dog; and make other reasonable orders related thereto.
