§ 16.32 — Corning Planning Code

16.32.030 - Action on request for reconsideration. ¶

Upon receipt of a request for reconsideration, the city council shall set the matter for hearing. The hearing shall be held within thirty days after the date of filing the request. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the city council shall within ten days declare its findings based upon testimony and documents before it. The city council may overrule or modify the decision, determination or requirement which is the subject of the

request for reconsideration and enter such orders as are in harmony with the spirit and purposes of this title and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
