Chapter 18.515 — ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW

Section:

18.515.010 Environmental review.

After acceptance of a complete application, the project shall be reviewed as required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and any adopted city environmental review procedures to determine if it is a project as defined by CEQA, whether the project is exempt from the requirements of CEQA, or if a negative declaration, mitigated negative declaration, or environmental impact report (EIR) is required by CEQA.
