10.16.010 - Annual traffic safety report.

The city's law enforcement agency may annually prepare a traffic safety report which may be filed with the traffic commission and/or city council. Such a report may contain information on traffic matters in this city, including, but not limited to, as follows:

(1) The number of traffic accidents, the number of persons killed, the number of persons injured, and other pertinent traffic accident data;

(2) The number of traffic accidents investigated and other pertinent data on the safety activities of the city's law enforcement agency, or other city personnel designated to conduct investigations or gather data;

(3) The plans and recommendations of the city's law enforcement agency for future traffic safety activities.

City staff, agents and/or representatives may supplement the city's law enforcement agency's traffic safety reports.
