9.60.010 - Adoption by reference.¶

There is adopted by reference the following described law:

County Ordinance No. 99-0072 Adopted. The provisions of Chapter 13.44 of Title 13 of Los Angeles County Public Peace, Morals and Welfare Code, as enacted and referenced in Los Angeles County Ordinance No. 99-0072, effective August 26, 1999, fully express the city council's will and intention to enforce the provisions of Chapter 13.44 of the Los Angeles County Public Peace, Morals and Welfare Code within the city, and is hereby adopted by reference as Chapter 9.60 to Title 9 of the Commerce Municipal Code.
