Sec. 6-13. - Adoption.¶
The Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code, 1991 edition, prepared and published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical officials (IAPMO), except as specifically repealed or amended by ordinance of the city, is adopted and made part of this chapter as though set forth in this chapter at length.

Sec. 6-13.1. - Amendment. Section 1.7 deleted—Violations and penalties.¶
Section 1.7 of the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code is deleted in its entirety.

Sec. 6-13.2. - Amendment. Section 1.11 amended—Cost of permit.¶
Section 1.11 of the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1.11—Cost of Permit. Swimming pool fees shall be established by council resolution."

Sec. 6.13.3. - Amendment. Section 1.18 deleted—Board of appeals.¶
Section 1.18 of the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code is hereby deleted in its entirety.
