Sec. 6-8. - Adoption of California Build Standards Code.¶
The California Plumbing Code, 2013 (Title 24 of ten California Code of Regulations), is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the City of Colusa, in the State of California for the safeguarding of life or limb, health, property and public welfare, and protect against the hazards that may arise from the use of plumbing piping and systems by regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location, operation, and maintenance or use of plumbing piping systems within the city of Colusa, California; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said plumbing code on file in the office of the city clerk are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter.
