9.24.010 - Destroying or injuring prohibited.

It is unlawful for any Person to destroy or in any wise injure Public Property in the City.

9.24.030 - Intended Use not prevented.

Section 9.04.010 Shall not be deemed to prevent the free Use of Public Property in the manner in which by its nature it was intended that it should be Used.

9.24.040 - Penalty for Violations.

Any Person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter Shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding six Months, or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or both.
