16.40.010 - Soils reports.

A preliminary soils report shall be required for every subdivision. The soils report may be waived if the city engineer makes the finding set forth in the Subdivision Map Act of the state. Under the authority of the Subdivision Map Act the city engineer may require a soils investigation of each lot.
