6.02.010 - Riverside County Code Title 6 adopted.¶
Title 6 of the Riverside County Code as it existed effective July 21, 2016 as amended by Ordinance 630, attached hereto as Exhibit A and now on file in the office of the city clerk, is hereby adopted as the Animal Control Code of the city except as provided herein:
A. As it applies in the city, Section 6.05.020 of the County Code shall be amended to read in its entirety as follows: "All roosters shall be kept and/or maintained only upon lands and in the numbers authorized under Title 17 (Zoning) of the Coachella Municipal Code.
