§ 1.08.010. Statutory authority.¶

The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted under Section 36503.5 of the Government Code.

§ 1.08.020. Date for holding elections.¶

Commencing in the year 1988, and thereafter in each even-numbered year, a general municipal election shall be held on the same day as the statewide general election instead of on the second Tuesday in June of each even-numbered year.
