17.72.010 - Nuisance Declared— Remedies Cumulative.

A. No land in the incorporated area of the city shall be used for any purpose not permitted under this title nor shall any building or structure be erected, constructed, altered, moved or maintained contrary to this title. Any use of land, building, or structure contrary to this title is unlawful and a public nuisance.

B. The remedies provided for in this chapter shall be cumulative and not exclusive.

17.72.020 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six (6) months, or by both.
