12.04.640 - Penalties.

Any person, firm, corporation, or other body or association of persons who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than one hundred eighty (180) days, or by both. Each day's violation of this chapter is a separate offense.
