§ 8.21.010. Authority to establish streetsweeping charges.

The City Council shall by resolution determine, fix and establish fees or charges to be paid to the City for providing and making available a service in the sweeping of streets, curbs and gutters. Such charges may be established by classification of structures or other method determined in the resolution.
