City of Industry Municipal Code Ch. 10.08 Emergency Traffic Control Devices

The city manager shall be authorized to cause the erection and installation of appropriate traffic control signs including stop signs, detour signs and speed regulation signs without prior authority of the city council when the erection of same is required by reason of construction projects, flooding or any other emergency situation creating a hazard to life and property. When such signs are erected all persons shall be required to comply with the provisions thereof.
