1.16.010 - Municipal elections.

Pursuant to Section 1301 of the California Elections Code, general municipal elections, which would otherwise be held on the second Tuesday in April of even-numbered years, shall be consolidated with statewide general elections held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each even-numbered year.

1.16.020 - No campaign contribution limits for city elective offices.

There shall be no limit on the monetary contributions from a person or campaign committee to a candidate for any City elective offices.
